Quebec, Alberta and Nova Scotia are all sending officials to airports to compensate for the fact that the Trudeau government has not yet implemented coronavirus safety measures.

According to two unnamed sources, municipal officers from Montreal will be sent to Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport starting Tuesday morning.

CBC/Radio-Canada is reporting that the city of Montreal has lost its patience with the Trudeau government because new federal measures have still not been implemented.

“We want to force the federal government to meet its responsibilities,” the sources told Radio-Canada.
