Palliative Care is for the protection and comfort of the elderly as a “Canadian Treasure” whereby it is determined that if an elderly person actually wants to choose death…then you have failed them. You have not met their social, spiritual, physical or psychological needs and you must do better. This woman is disgusting. She is trying to force her worldview onto others. If she doesn’t like euthanasia than she shouldn’t get euthanized. There is no compassion in removing people’s freedom to choose and not allowing them to access a peaceful death. This is what causes people to have a gruesome, lonely and painful death. When people jump in front of a train, it causes millions of dollars worth of delays and damage. The scene causes people psychological trauma. It can even cause PTSD leading to more suicide. People who are forced to die like this can not save the lives of others by donating their organs. Please allow people who are suffering tremendously to access a peaceful and reliable death, for everyones benefit.
