Florida Governor Ron DeSantis sent two planes carrying 50 illegal aliens to Martha’s Vineyard, where the Obamas own a home. Martha’s Vineyard boasted, “We stand with immigrants, with refugees… All are welcome here. Hate has no business here.” Martha’s Vineyard Homeless Shelter Coordinator Lisa Belcastro said that the illegal migrants will “have to move from here to somewhere else” because there is a shortage of housing on the island, despite the island hosting thousands of tourists every summer. DeSantis said that the virtue signaling on the left is a fraud. An estimated 4.2 million illegal immigrants have crossed into the US in 19 months, yet the Biden administration insists the US has a “secure border.”
Democrat California Governor Gavin Newsom, a potential 2024 presidential candidate, called on the Biden Department of Justice for a federal investigation of the two flights of 50 migrants across state lines to Martha’s Vineyard for kidnapping, RICO and civil rights charges. However, the illegal migrants reportedly signed waivers.
