Dr. Eric Nepute is the very first doctor that the federal government has come after, accusing him of violating the 2020 COVID Consumer Protection Act. His case is the first case and is a civil action by the Federal Trade Commission.
According to the commission’s complaint, Nepute and his company marketed vitamin D and zinc products under the brand name “Wellness Warrior” and claimed they were as effective – or more – than vaccines that are currently available.
The FTC said among Nepute, and Quickwork’s bogus claims were that “COVID-19 patients who get enough vitamin D are 52% less likely to die,” and those who get enough vitamin D are 77% less likely to get the disease and that his Wellness Warrior vitamin D product is more effective at preventing COVID-19 than approved vaccines.
“The defendants’ claims that their products can stand in for approved COVID-19 vaccines are particularly troubling: we need to be doing everything we can to stop bogus health claims that endanger consumers,” an FTC official said.
He is being sued for $40,000 per violation, defined as Dr. Nepute telling the world that they should take vitamin D and zinc to help them deal with COVID on any level. He certainly is not the first doctor to strongly advocate the use of vitamins and supplements to fight COVID. In total, the government is suing him for over 12 million instances where his advertisements were heard. Multiply $40,000 by 12 million, and you get a total of $480 billion he is being sued for! Just what a bully government thinks is just, rational and science-based.

Vitamin D has been well-established as helping with the flu (another coincidence). No one has yet to prove to me that covid is real. Respiratory illnesses are nothing new. Critical and severe respiratory issues can be simulated at hospitals and other places through the use of fentanyl and sarin gas, both of which the US and others have easy enough access to, more than enough to stage this as some major event. The tests are a complete fraud and are as rigged as wef elections. Covid cases literally supplemented flu season cases for at least one year, probably more. Some of this is speculation and some is established data, but no one has proven this exists. A cutesy CGI model of a generic viral bundle is not the same as a live virus sample, something that does not appear to exist, despite the countless FOI requests sent out to so many different governments that have been denied.
And to tell me that hospitals wouldn’t kill their patients when they are offered financial incentives I would view as naive and foolhardy. Anybody who lives up in Canada would know by now that there is an agenda by the medical industrial complex to kill as many people as possible. That’s why they push the maids as much as they can. They exclusively use white people in their commercials since they are the main target.
Truth does not seek out protection or laws. Truth is quite capable of speaking for itself. Only liars and dogma promoters use law and authoritarianism to enforce their views. The fact that the covid agenda has been requiring extensive law re-writes to push it forward is all the proof I need that covid in itself is one giant lie.
Vitamin D, Ivermectin, HCQ. Untainted research showed these to be of therapeutic value for coronavirus in general, including the MERS coronavirus and even early data (from Australia) when the Wuhan bioweapon first made the rounds but before it was declared a pandemic and the “wow, that was so fast, it almost seems like you developed a virus for the gene therapy you just created in record time” so-called vaccine (it’s not, it’s gene therapy) was being pushed and needed the proven therapies out of the way to allow emergency use and permanent-for-life recording of you and the fact you took the jab.
Good to pass the message, however, it is practically old news and does nothing to abate the diktats of the scum at the WEF and their marching orders to our politicians and their scum-for hire Vaccine Gestapo (Hello Bonnie!)
We have tried to make headway by pointing out the “died suddenly(s)” of so many physicians. Does not seem to have any effect. Not in medical circles and certainly not, and where it counts, in judicial circles.
Maybe, we should be spending our time doing “died suddenly(s)” of members of the judiciary. If we can point out to judges and lawyers that they are dropping like flies and it is due to the experimental gene therapy that was shoved down our throats, then I can imaging that rulings may start going in our favour. The medical establishment seems to have scared the judges to rule against freedoms that are God-given and a birthright because “I trust my doctor and Mama Doctor Bonnie”. However, if that trust is broken because the judges can see for themselves that their loved ones and their colleagues are dropping like flies, then we are in a whole new ball game.
