Christine Douglass-Williams, award-winning broadcast journalist, joins Tanya on the Empower Hour tonight to tell her story of how she was fired by Justin Trudeau as a director of the Canadian Race Relations Foundation (CCRF) in the Heritage Department, for criticizing Islam – which was odd, considering Islam is not a race. We will also discuss multiculturalism, Motion M-103, Bill C-11, and the backlash over the recent appointment of Amira Elghawaby (report), Canada’s first “anti-Islamophobia” representative. Learn more about our guest and share the Empower Hour invite HERE.

Rocco Galati, constitutional lawyer, will also join us to provide further information on Section 27, Multicultural Heritage, of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. We are a country of many cultures but there is a reasonable expectation that people immigrating to Canada must embrace our values, learn the language and assimilate and integrate.

When: Wednesday, February 15, 2023 4:30pm PST/7:30pm EST Register in Advance. The zoom doors open at 4:30pm PST and the Empower Hour begins at 5pm PST/8pm EST.
