Christine Douglass-Williams, award-winning broadcast journalist, joins Tanya on the Empower Hour tonight to tell her story of how she was fired by Justin Trudeau as a director of the Canadian Race Relations Foundation (CCRF) in the Heritage Department, for criticizing Islam – which was odd, considering Islam is not a race. We are a country of many cultures but there is a reasonable expectation that people immigrating to Canada must embrace our values, learn the language and assimilate and integrate.
