This is a graphical presentation of “average annual” temperatures for the combined 10 Alberta weather stations since 1985.   The data source is Canada Weather Stats : https://www.weatherstats.ca/.   Alberta is the economic engine in Canada comprised mainly of the oil/gas and agriculture sectors.  Throughout the province there are 100s of thousands of oil and gas wells (with associated surface facilities), major gas plants (sweet and sour), refineries and petrochemical plants. On the agriculture side, there are over 18,000,000 acres of farmland for major crops plus any land dedicated to livestock, dairy and poultry.  As per Environment and Climate Change Canada, “Climate change is a long-term shift in weather conditions identified by changes in temperature….”plus “Climate change can also be caused by human activities, such as the burning of fossil fuels and the conversion of land for forestry and agriculture”.  Alberta produces, transports, processes and burns “fossil fuels” plus has a very healthy agriculture sector. Does anyone see “climate change” as defined by Environment and Climate Change Canada?
