Charles is at the forefront of the World Economic Forum and launched the ‘Great Reset’ plan in 2020 in response to the COVID plandemic. In 2022, Charles appeared to be urging for the empowerment of globalist elites, along with trillions in funding, so that they may solve the non-existent problem of global warming under the threat of a “military campaign.”
