“The policy of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (so-called DEI) holds that marginalized or previously discriminated groups should have preference in hiring, training, and promotion to higher managerial levels in workplaces.”
Opening a Pandora’s Box of speculation, common-sense Canadians would do well to see the issue of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for what it is. It was none other than Prime Minister Justin Trudeau who once made a deeply insightful observation about human nature:
“People tend to see things from different perspectives.” Typically hollow in presentation, CAP take our PM up on his offer:
