Round a percentage up put them in an isolated compound with good food slowly wean them off the drugs for 6 months until they are off their habit. Take another batch keep doing the same thing. Supplying drugs and injection sites is not the answer. We put the Japanese in interment camps and they were good hard working people.
Fred. I totally agree with what your solution is and I recommended that perfect solution back 20 years ago. The conservatives and Independents who I believe May hold the balance of power will be the only ones to see that happen
