Pennsylvania: Democrat officials in three counties, Bucks, Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties, openly defied the state’s supreme court ruling and continued to count ballots that lacked a handwritten date on the return envelope, as required by law. The high court doubled down on Monday, reaffirming its ruling in a 4-3 decision. The justices stated that the Boards of Elections in each of the counties “SHALL COMPLY with the prior rulings of this Court…”
A critic, RNC Chair Michael Whatley, noted that when the Democrats were unable to scrape up enough ballots to win, Governor Shapiro suddenly discovered that he stands with the rule of law and agreed that the ballots shall not be counted.
