As an ex-municipal police officer, I can can tell you with absolute certainty that this video presentation is totally correct with regard to what the Canadian government higher ministerial mandarins have deliberately chosen to ignore for their own self-serving reasons particularly with regard to the now supposedly just recognized illicit drug trafficking problem in Canada.

Recently the American subsidiary of the Canadian Toronto-Dominion Bank was fined $3 BILLION (USD) for facilitating money laundering for various illegal drug enterprises. In fact the TD Bank admitted their illegal conduct and thus made a “deal” for a lesser fine amount. Are you really prepared to believe that the American’s Drug Enforcement Agency did not provide any information about these events to the RCMP or the Canadian Banking Inspection system.

Be careful about placing the “blame” for the apparent lack of Canadian Law Enforcement apathy. Let me assure you that the front-line police officers are being completely and deliberately misdirected, and lack of sufficient equipment primarily because of lack of funding, lack of manpower and lack of upper echelon management support.

As an example. Just In the Province of British Columbia alone, there is already a vacancy rate of about 1,500 RCMP officers that are currently not being filled, but yet the B.C. government is still paying the RCMP as if those Officers were actually on the ground working. The same situation exists in every other Canadian Province where the RCMP have contractual obligations to provide RCMP officers for law enforcement purposes.

As a result, how in the hell can our lying, narcissistic and psychotic prime minister still say that his “plan” is to put another 10,000 RCMP officers along the Canada/US border. The Americans know he is lying. Settle down now. He has stated his Liberal government officials have now provided helicopters to patrol the Canada/US border. The fact is the government has leased only two (2) helicopters at a rate of $24,000 (Cdn) a week each, to patrol approximately 5,000 miles of our borders. Good luck with that b.s.

The very same manpower and enforcement situation exists with the Canada Border Services. The CBS Officers actually working on the front lines have had their enforcement efforts greatly curtailed by their upper management executives. Apparently, our narcissistic and psychotic prime minister and they (the upper management) don’t want to “upset” the Chinese who are importing into Canada the precursor chemicals used to make fentanyl. The “importers” then sell the precursor chemicals to the outlaw Chinese Triad gangs active in major cities in Canada and to the various outlaw motorcycle gangs who in turn manufacture the fentanyl and sell it to the various Asian and Aboriginal Native gangs for distribution to other street level Canadian and American gangs.

Oh, oh, oh. But the same lying, narcissistic and psychotic prime minister has announced that he has appointed a “Fentanyl Czar” to appease the Americans. The guy he appointed is a now retired ex- RCMP Assistant Commissioner who didn’t do anything but hide in his office when he was still an active RCMP member. Oh, but he is a “trusted” friend of our prime minister.

Remember, it’s the same old story. You can always tell if a politician is lying if their lips are moving.

Some people in Canada may not like the American President, Donald Trump, but on the issue of Canada being a major contributor to the illicit drug import and distribution throughout North America, he is absolutely correct about that fact. In addition, his various American law enforcement agencies know which Canadian politicians are monetarily benefiting from the illicit drug distribution business.
