So What Is Going On With The Conservative Party Of Canada ?
Why are they suddenly behind after being so far ahead?
Not a hard question!
Answer: Same old , same old.
They are not conservative to start with —that is where the PPC are , and the Conservatives dare not go there. Tired old progressives dressed in tory gear. Sadly they have hoodwinked the real Canadian conservatives again.
In the last Federal election many real conservatives at the campaign door told me this was their last vote for the conservatives. If they did not win the Government now , that was it. And they are saying the same thing again.
Same old , same old you say?
In the Mt. Pearl Riding of Newfoundland and Labrador candidates campaign to run for the party nomination. But suddenly there is no democracy—there is an appointment by the Party lords of whom will be the candidate. The old boys club!!
Now we hear in two Calgary ridings ——more hanky panky —more people appointed as the Party candidate ignoring others seeking a democratic process.
They call themselves conservatives and oppose free trade. Look at their stance on supply boards?
Their stance on CBC? NATO? Debt and deficit? They are not capitalists rather full scale interventionists in our economy. Look at Doug Ford of Ontario—-a ‘blue’ Liberal if ever there was one. A converted COVID vaccine supporter —with the nursing home scandal brushed conveniently under the rug.The auto industry fully Government subsidized.
Where were they during the TRUCKERS’ CONVOY ?
When I spoke on Parliament Hill for the truckers there was not a Conservative MP to be found. Have they stood up for Tamara Lich and Chris Barber?
They did not and do not support our Charter of Rights and Freedoms —-it was Maxime Bernier of the PPC that stood up, was arrested ——-for standing for freedom.
It’s hard to win when you don’t know who you are—-how you are different than the Governing Party and offer no real alternatives.
