It’s Time for Change
I know most of us are not Pierre Poilievre fans.
But after 10 years in power, are we such great Carney/Liberal fans that they deserve another four years in charge … bringing their term in power up to 14 years?
I say no.
Four more years of squeezing the middle class despite families and seniors REALLY hurting; four more years of doing nothing to address Court bail and sentencing failures that have left many citizens afraid to venture into their own downtowns … even during the daytime; four more years of druggies and dangerously mentally ill running amok without any serious attempts/programs to address their illnesses; four more years of pandering and shelling out billions of tax dollars to First Nations, with almost no audited accountability required how/where the money goes; four more years of one-sided CBC far left activism bias; four more years of embarrassing Canada at the UN and other corrupted pro-Islamic international organizations by failing to stand up against their anti-Western anti-Israel biases; four more years of “liberal“ immigration policies that have allowed too many immigrants from third world countries to bring in their old hates and carry them out almost unimpeded in Canada; four more years of turning a blind eye to rampant anti-Semitism on university campuses; four more years of short-changing BC and Western Canada in Parliament and power; and, four more years of failing to make even a dent in Canada’s housing shortages that has made it impossible for younger Canadians to even dream of ever owning a home.
And maybe I have missed it, but has anyone seen any questions to Carney or coverage of the fact that the Liberal federal government has given Montreal $1.9 billion towards its 6 km long subway extension, but only $895 million to Vancouver’s 6 km long subway extension???
On on that basis, alone, how could anyone with a fair mind vote for another four years of the Liberals’ modus operandi?
Over the years I have voted Liberal many, many more times than I have voted Conservative, but I believe the Liberal party needs time in the penalty box to reflect, refocus and reform.
It’s time for change.
And Canadians should not allow Donald Trump to deter us from that!
We should give Poilievre and the Conservatives a chance.

Harv, you had me until you started spewing the “UN and their anti-Israel” nonsense. Is this some of that Christian-Zionist nonsense? Because, man, that is an oxymoron if I ever ran across one.
Seriously Harv. Who gives a $hit about Israel? If you love the place so much, effing move there.
I am a Canadian citizen, first, foremost, and only. ALL my efforts and ALL my caring goes into this country and my people. I believe true Canadians feel likewise.
Now, if you said the UN was overall run by corrupt a-holes and we should remove ourselves from the UN and it WHO corrupt spawn, then I would be in agreement.
But yes. Give Poilievre and the Conservatives a chance.
