Let Us Pray——If The Polls Are Even Near Correct—Honesty /Democracy Takes Another Hit In This Federal Election As It Will Be the Liberals or Conservatives That Will Lead The New Government .
We are in a heap of trouble.
A. Our Constitution
This is what no one wants to hear let alone admit.
The two main Federal Political parties have violated the Supreme Law of our land, the Constitution.They have accepted the Judiciary’s blatant avoidance of acknowledging the opening words of our Charter of Rights and Freedoms : “Whereas Canada was founded on the principles that recognize the Supremacy of God and the Rule of Law:”
Our Judaeo Christian God has been unilaterally unconstitutionally removed from our Governance system.
This opening sentence is the framework through which all judicial decisions were to be decided .
They have accepted the violation by the judiciary of Section 1 of the Charter in that the judiciary has in numerous decisions across the country violated the ‘demonstrably justify’ and ‘free and democratic society ‘ provisions of that Section and indivdual rights and freedoms in other sections including Sections 2, 6, 7, and 15.
Democratic, transparent , accountable government has been lost.
At no time has a government carried out a cost benefit analysis of the mandates and lockdowns that they implemented .
They have not made as a plank in their platforms for the establishment of a independent fully transparent and accountable national inquiry to investigate the Covid government mandates and lockdowns , their legality and constitutionality and to bring to justice those found guilty. Thousands have died and thousands permanently injured and more each day.
The individual Rights and Freedoms of many citizens have been violated ; think of the late Shelia Annette Lewis, Dr. Charles Hoffe , Dr. Roger Hodkinson , Dr. Byram Bridle and the Honourable Maxime Bernier to name but five of hundreds.
These Parties supported the unconstitutional use of the Emergencies Act and the subsequent unconstitutional functioning of the Rouleau Commission.
These Parties have supported the action of the state in the persecution of the Trucker Convoy Leaders acting against these citizens as if they were alleged murderers or rapists. Leader Lich was brought to the court in shackles ( for alleged civil mischief charges) appearing before a judge who was a Liberal Party supporter.
I have been denied an opportunity to speak at Public Institutions violating my Charter rights. The Supreme Court of Canada has denied ruling whether our mobility rights( Section 6 of Charter) were violated when I and other Canadians were denied the right to travel across Canada . The sacred right to know whether our Government violated our rights was denied by our highest court.
B. Parliament
I have written the two leaders asking if they would introduce an amendment to the Conflict of Interest law whereby an MP could not sit in that sacred chamber if he or she had been found guilty of breaking that law. They did not answer me nor do I see such a policy in their party platforms.
The two Parties support the process whereby Our House of Commons is the slave of the majority and executive government dominates parliamentary government . This has been practiced by both these Parties when in Government . The actions of the Parliamentary Committee in the issue of former Minister , the Honorable Jody Wilson Raybould is a prime example. The introduction of legislation by both parties called omnibus bills that undermine the rules of Parliament is another blatant example.
When we have the two main political parties of this election undermining our democratic foundations , failing to acknowledge this and hence failing to act honestly ; and when the leadership of the press , business , labour ,academia and many leadership in the Christian and Jewish communities join in these violations undermining democratic principles and independent science —democracy is lost.
