Pub owner says message on receipts is a ‘cry for help’ as industry continues to be hard-hit by COVID-19 pandemic
KELOWNA (NEWS 1130) – “Vote that f***** out.” That’s what a pub owner in Kelowna is telling customers to do in the fall provincial election as their business continues to struggle during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The owner of Doc Willoughby’s says he put the message at the bottom of their receipts as a “cry for help.”
“We shut down for months and have followed every new restriction to a tee, but we’re not getting rewarded,” Dave Willoughby told KelownaNow. “It’s a cry for help in some ways after another blow to an industry that simply can’t take many more.”

Earlier this month, bars, pubs, and restaurants were ordered to stop selling alcohol after 10 p.m. in an effort to limit the spread of COVID-19, drawing the ire of Willoughby and many others.
“It’s especially hurtful that liquor can be sold from 7 a.m. until 11 p.m. at government liquor stores,” Willoughby said. “Every night we have people leaving our bar at 10 p.m. and heading to a liquor store and then to somebody’s home where there is no contact tracing to continue drinking.”

Just a reminder folks. In Canada the death rate with (btw it’s never from) SARS-cov-2 (Covid19 is the political name given it) has been below 1 death per 1 million people per day for months now. The last day in Canada the death rate was at 1 or higher was on July 3 2020 (3months ago).
The average age of death with SARS-cov-2 (Covid19) in Canada is 82.5 years old. If you are under age 70 you something like have a 98% chance of survival. If you are under age 60 it’s like 99.7% survival rate. If you are under age 30 it’s like 99.9% survival rate. Only two people under age 19 in Canada have died with Covid19, both had underlying issues.
Globally SARS-cov-2 (Covid19) has on average 170 of 206 nations with a death rate with Covid19 of 1 or less deaths per 1 million people, per day.
About 90% of all reported cases is now asymptomatic. Cases do not equal sick with SARS-cov-2 (Covid19). Also the test are suspected to give 50% or more false positives.
Last month the CDC quietly said it does not recommend anyone without symptoms getting tested. ONLY if you have symptoms does the CDC now say you should get tested to see if you have or not Covid19
Globally only about 2% of those sick with Covid19 require some hospital care.
Quite simply this is NOT ABOUT A VIRUS!!!! It is about the lust for power assumed to control over populations, businesses and life. Politicians are “proverbially jerking off” to the power they currently have.
The so called health experts, cough cough, bureaucrats whom most of the time sit quietly and unassumingly in back room offices are LOVING the press and notoriety they are getting off this overblown NON pandemic.
According to albeit a corrupted organization WHO, SARS-cov-2 (Covid19) does not qualify for actual pandemic status anymore and has not since late April 2020.
