David Menzies of The Rebel dispelled any conspiracy theories over this. The building was sold off by the pharmaceutical company a while back and is now owned by a manufacturer who builds armoured cars for sales, international sales as well. David found out fro a spokesman that these vehicles in the video are for the UN but will be shipped outside of North America.
