Like many others that were evacuated due to the White Rock Lake wildfire, two evacuees feel left in the dark about the status of their properties and are questioning why more wasn’t done in the early stages of the fire.

How many wildfires have there been in the past? Hundreds? Go back and look at the trees. Leaves and stuff will burn off the trees. The wood (trunk and branches) burn slower. Sometimes they don’t burn at all.
