Marjory Wildcraft’s webinar, You Can Grow Food, presents the solution to crop destruction due to flooding, freezing, drought and bizarre weather, supply chain disruptions, and inflation and hyper-inflation of food prices. She said that in 2015, the Food Chain Reaction game, a simulation sponsored by Cargill, predicted that following a major event, food prices would increase in 2021 by 40% and would then increase another 100% per year for several more years to 400% over baseline, and would stay at that level for the remainder of the decade. Wildcraft explains how to start a growing system to survive the next decade that includes raised bed gardens, chickens, and rabbits. She also recommends stocking up on stored foods.
