BIG WIN FOR FIGHTER KARI LAKE!
Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Peter Thompson dismissed the defendants’ motions to dismiss Kari Lake’s historic stolen election lawsuit.
The trial will proceed with evidentiary hearings on Wednesday and Thursday this week.
The Gateway Pundit reported earlier that Kari Lake’s attorneys gave an oral argument over the motions to dismiss in court this morning.

It’s funny how many comments are out there about ‘sore losers’ and the like. Look at the excessive over-response to Kari’s attempts to get the truth out there. I know if I had won something legitimate and someone wanted to challenge me over it, I would say ‘bring it’ and show how I was 100% legit. It would only reinforce my win and put my opponents in the awkward position of demonstrating how ‘sore’ they really are. The fact they are as desperate to bury this as it is is all the proof I need of this need to cover it all up. The brazen attitude of “We stole it, so stop crying over it!” should be challenged.
The defendants were successful on 8 of 10 points of relief sought. Funny how that isn’t included in the article, and NOT getting your case dismissed without a hearing is seen as a huge victory.
Certainly her losing the rest of her case is also big breaking news?
It’s hilarious that this was described as a big win – she didn’t get all of her case dismissed without a hearing. I guess that’s a victory for the everybody gets a trophy crowd.
