Criminal Code of Canada:

Sections 318 and 319 of the Criminal Code make it a criminal offence to advocate genocide, publicly incite hatred, and willfully promote hatred against an “identifiable group.”

An identifiable group is defined as any section of the public distinguished by colour, race, religion, national or ethnic origin, age, sex, sexual orientation or mental or physical disability.

“Allah, take care of these Zionist aggressors. Allah, take care of the enemies of the people of Gaza. Allah, identify them all, then exterminate them. And don’t spare any of them,” Imam Adil Charkaoui told a crowd in Arabic at a pro-Palestinian protest in Canada on Oct. 28, 2023, via Twitter.

Citizens of all backgrounds would do well to keep an eye on this incident. Pourquoi? Because situations such as these tend to receive the obfuscation treatment from mainstream Canadian media.

It happened in the case of Syrian refugee Ibrahim Ali, charged with the murder of a 13-year old Canadian schoolgirl from Burnaby B.C. The murder took place on Sept. 7th, 2018.

More than five years have passed, and the case is still in court. Minimum media coverage surrounds the tale of a so-called “refugee” brought to Canada, allegedly by a church group on a small island located near Vancouver, British Columbia.
